Any responsive information yielded confidential information that
includes an application(s), or information related to the home
address, home telephone number, electronic mail address,
social security number, date of birth, driver's license number,
state identification number, passport number, emergency
contact information, or payment information of an applicant(s),
licensee(s), or former licensee(s) under Section 552.11765 of
the Texas Government Code (See Section 552.11765 of the
Texas Government Code).
